Sweet Summertime Strawberry Salsa

Looking for a change from traditional lettuce wraps? Give this a try, bibb lettuce with shredded chicken, coleslaw and summertime strawberry salsa.

SWEET SUMMERTIME STRAWBERRY SALSA

  • 2 cups strawberries capped and cubed

  • 1/4 sweet onion diced

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Chopped basil

  • Salt

  • (Optional) diced jalapeños

RECIPE

Add all ingredients to bowl and mix. Salt to taste.  Use as topping for tacos or eat with corn chips
