Simple Paleo Meatball



  • 1 pd. grass fed hamburger
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free Italian seasoning 
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Kerigold’s butter (for added flavor)


In a large mixing bowl combine the first five ingredients mixing well with your hands. Add salt and pepper as desired. Roll meat in to meatballs (size should be about 1 1/2”).  Heat a few swirls of olive oil and butter in pan making sure the pan is coated. Add meatballs and cook on medium to medium low, turning until brown on all sides.  Serve with your favorite sauce or in a salad.
