PALEO/WHOLE30 CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP
- 4 chicken breasts cut in to cubes
- 1 pkg. Cappello's grain free fettuccine noodles
- 2 carrots diced
- 1/4 cup celery diced
- 1/4 cup onion diced
- 2 32 oz. organic chicken bone broth
- Garlic pepper
- Poultry herbs finely chopped (sage, rosemary and thyme)
- Olive oil
1. Add a swirl of olive oil to pot and add onion, celery. Cook on medium until starting to brown.
2. Add chicken, salt, garlic pepper and herbs and cook until done.
3. Add broth and deglaze the pot. Bring to boil and add noodles for 90 seconds (the noodles cook quick).
4. Garnish with more fresh herbs. Enjoy!!
